First, I would like to say that this reference is not written by someone who would be described as a "dog person."  In fact, I personally have owned just a handful of dogs in my 62 years.  Most dogs I would consider more of a nusiance or a "necessary evil", if you will.  That being said, I will also say that once in a great while a dog comes along that really "strikes my fancy."  Zeek, my son Zack's dog, is one of those rare exceptions.  I would recommend that anyone considering a large dog....a "man's dog",  to consider the American Bulldog Hybrid breed produced by T-Stone Kennel.  I have considered a great many adjectives which I feel might best describe Zeek, but I have settled on these.  I am sure that I could come up with more.  Companionship....I would take this dog anywhere with me....anytime.  He is always ready to go and is always well-behaved.  In fact, there are sometimes that I would prefer Zeek's company to human company.  Simply put, I just get a good feeling about being out with Zeek. Trust and intelligence.. I had to combine these two.  It only takes one look into those big, dark brown eyes for you to know that he trusts you and you trust him and that is the way it is supposed to be...man and dog, best friends. Incredible stength....I could tell you about it, but you just have to see it.  Pound for pound, I believe he is the strongest dog that I have ever seen and definitely the most muscular that I have ever seen. Obedience....with just a minimal amount of discipline training, he obeys commands better than any dog that I have ever been around.  My kids have had lots of dogs through the years, but none have ever obeyed as well as Zeek. I could go on, but will end by saying that if someone is wanting to try a rare breed and wants to have a "conversation piece" dog, they should check out Zeek's lineage produced by T-Stone Kennel.  Good luck, I know you will have lots of fun.                                                                                          Tom R. - Weimar, TX
